I greatly value work / life balance and spend my free time at the gym, hiking, skydiving, traveling, and spending time with family. In the spirit of helping others I spend one month each summer as a volunteer teaching English overseas.

I believe that there is something to be learned from all of life’s experiences. We can harness those lessons and not only grow from them but help others grow also. In addition to 25+ years as an executive coach I have 10+ years of experience as an entrepreneur, running a six-figure training and coaching firm. My corporate clients are in roles from individual contributor up to the C-suite, across six different continents, and over 15 industries including healthcare, sales, automotive, military, government, IT, nonprofit and education. As a lifelong learner I have earned two degrees in business, a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology, and seven industry specific certifications.
