I have over thirty years experience as a coach, mentor, trainer and facilitator mainly working in the education sector. I assist leaders to be highly effective and teams to be high performing. I am accredited to use a number of psychometric tools which provide clients with helpful insights into how they work and how they can improve.

I work as a mentor for the National Governance Association (mentoring the chairs of governing boards), and the Institute of Leadership ( mentoring leaders in business and public sector organisation).

I am also a qualified and accredited counsellor and work one day a week with male clients who are struggling with mental health challenges.
