I oversee the IDM School of Coaching, which is closely connected with Myles Downey, and combine Inner Game Theory with a results-orientated approach that turns intent into implementation and promotes choices that trigger creativity and intrinsic motivation.

I hold a Master's degree in Personal and Professional Leadership (PPL) from the University of Johannesburg, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (English, Psychology, African Languages). I am also an Accredited Senior Coach and an active member of the International Leadership Association (ILA).

My practical experience encompasses Organisational Development (OD), Leadership Development, Business Education, Executive Coaching, Mentorship and Brand Communications. I support executives actively in Africa, Southeast Asia and Europe in industries that range from mining, construction, manufacturing and pharmaceutical to FMCG, media, financial services, law and education.

I am a songwriter, musician and keen photographer after hours and a family man with a dynamic wife and two teenage sons.
