Winning Pathways Coaching
I offer a specialist, though not exclusive, service for women managers in the social work profession.
To enable your women social work managers facing major challenges, to effectively address them, reconnect and increase their confidence, gain tools & techniques to build their resilience, persist & fulfill their roles.
WHAT I DO:
Managing the demands of social work is challenging and stressful. Ensuring that teams protect and support vulnerable children or adults can impact on resilience levels. And when things go wrong at work or personally, additional support can help get your managers back on track. And in many instances, individuals will want a trusted external, independent source of support.
This is where I come in as an Executive Coach. I enable your staff to get increased resilience and confidence, reinvigorated, their energy and drive returned, and equipped with tools and techniques to help deal with the stress and challenges of working in the context of increasing demands and often constrained resources. They feel re-empowered, more engaged, happier and productive - and so do you.
WHO I WORK WITH:
I deliver one to one coaching, predominantly but not exclusively to women managers in the social work profession.
A former social worker, I've spent ten years and circa 1,000 coaching hours working predominantly with women social work managers facing challenges such as restructuring; death of a child; impending redundancy. Or they have been promoted and could benefit from exploring new challenges and building confidence to meet new demands.
I've mentored women entrepreneurs internationally on behalf of the Cherie Blair Foundation, and undergraduate and postgraduate women at City, University of London, since 2015.
My qualifications: MBA; DipNMC (Practitioner Coach Diploma); Master Practitioner of NLP; Master Coach.
I'm also co-author of 'Winning in Life and Work' (Part 1); 'The Power of Being a Woman'; and author of 'Ordinary Women Doing Extraordinary Things: 5 Steps To Add Extra to Ordinary'.
I was awarded 2017 Mentor of the Year at City, University of London.
