Biography:

It probably helps that my name rhymes with ‘story’ but that isn’t why I’m passionate about messaging, words or how we use them. As a former journalist and English teacher, I’ve always marvelled at the power of communication and the transformative effects it has when done right. I’m not a psychologist BUT I do understand human behaviour around language. I understand what people need to see and hear. 

As a certified practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), I can help free my clients from the limiting beliefs around camera confidence or their ability to write, and remove the mystery surrounding the ‘dark art’ of content creation. Never again will you look at a blank screen with dread, or post something because you feel you have to!
