Claudia Crawley is an author, award-winning mentor, career coach and executive coach specialising in working mainly but not exclusively with women social workers.

She founded her business Winning Pathways Coaching in 2010. She has a long-standing active involvement in the struggle for gender and race equality.

An alumnus of the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, assisting women business owners internationally to develop, lead and thrive, Claudia is the winner of the 2017 Mentor of the Year award from City, University of London and the creator of the Page 1 Women concept.

Claudia Crawley is the co-author of ‘Winning in Life and Work’, ‘The Power of Being a Woman’ and author of ‘Ordinary Women Doing Extraordinary Things’, and ‘Undeterred: The Success Equation of Women of Black and Asian Heritage’.

Her mission is to change the world one woman at a time.

Aside from writing, her interests include travel, dance, theatre, cinema, current affairs, anti-racism and gender equality activism.

She was once a budding stand-up comedian on the London open mic comedy scene until Covid 19 wreaked havoc and diverted her attention into writing her latest book, ‘Undeterred’.
