Introducing our special guest speaker, Lynda Monk, Director of the International Association for Journal Writing and founder of Thrive Training and Coaching, who will share about how Transformational Journaling will help you and your clients.

This webinar is for coaches, therapists, change agents, those interested in tools for self-discovery, transformation and growth, and those who help others achieve the same.

During this interactive webinar, you will be introduced to

1. Transformational Journaling Method
– It helps both coaches and clients alike to gain clarity, reduce stress, and manifest desired results.
– It improves emotional, physical, psychological and spiritual health.

2. Writing and wellness connection
– Journaling is a powerful tool to integrate within the coaching relationship itself, and it is also a consciousness-raising practice that can enrich and nourish us as coaches as we take time to listen within.

Transformational journaling is a creative and evidence-based practice to help our clients gain new awareness and take inspired actions aligned with their values and goals.
