Biography:

As co-Managing Director of Tri-Coaching Partnership, Susan McCormack is an Accredited Fellow Coach and Mentor with the IAPC&M. Susan has written Tri-Coaching’s Excellence in Coaching course (IAPC&M Level 5).

Susan has an MSc degree from Cranfield University in Driver Behaviour and Education, which involved understanding the psychology of how the brain works and how learning takes place.

Susan’s experiences in the driver training arena spurred her to become an accredited coach with the IAPC&M and to write the Excellence in the Coaching course. She is passionate about developing other coaches so that they appreciate the importance of communicating with their clients in an authentic, neutral and non-judgemental manner.
