Increasingly stressful times call for increasingly creative ways to look after ourselves.   All IAPC&M members are invited to a complimentary value-added weekly Mindfulness Meditation session. This is your chance to jump off the hamster wheel of life and benefit from a 30-minute guided mindfulness meditation session.

Take time to reconnect and get some calm back into your life.  Whether you are an experienced mindfulness meditation practitioner or not, you will love this half-hour break in your busy schedule.

What to Expect

Each session starts with a reading, quote or verse, followed by a guided mindfulness meditation session. 

The Details 

Join Aurora Dawn every Wednesday from 12 – 12:30 pm CET time on Zoom. There is no obligation to attend every session, although, obviously, the more you do, the more you’ll benefit.
