Tony Daloisio has been CEO/President/Founder of Charter Oak Consulting Group for 25 years. Charter Oak is a Inc. Magazine Fastest Growing 500 Firm. Tony and the firm specializing in organizational and strategic consulting. In 2017 he became a professor in the Scheller College of Business at Georgia Tech in Atlanta Ga. He is teaching leadership and organization psychology in the MBA programs. Tony also served on the faculty for Duke University Business school, executive education and also for the University of North Carolina’s Business School’s executive programs where he was associate faculty in the Business School.

His clients include Bain, McKinsey, AutoTrader, Suncor, Comcast, United Business Media, and The University of North Carolina.

Formerly Dr Daloisio was Director of the Yale University Foster School, VP HR for Mass. Mutual, lead instructor for the Center for Creative Leadership, Senior faculty for the American Management Association, Sr. Consultant, McKinsey and Co. and Sr. Consultant and practice leader for Franklin Covey.

In 2016, Tony and his business partner Kendall Lyman published a book entitled: “Change the Way you Change”, with Greenleaf Publications, Austin, Tx. In January of 2022, Tony’s second book will be published entitled: “The Journeyman Life, the not so perfect path to a life well lived”. Currently, Tony is focusing his consulting with Stage 2 business, helping them to grow to Stage 4. He is also leading men’s groups taking them through the Journeyman life process outlined in his book and workbook.
