We believe it’s important for us to check how you are….

At the IAPC&M, your well-being remains one of our top priorities. We recognise that people are affected by different things in different ways. There is so much happening in the world, locally and globally, that can take a toll on our well-being. For some, these emotions can be quite intense and stressful, potentially triggering other anxieties. Equally, we recognise that some people require less emotional support.

During times like this, the need for a supportive and understanding environment is more critical than ever.

“Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. Always.” – Robin Williams

At IAPC&M, we are committed to providing a space where you feel empowered to speak openly about whatever is on your mind. Whether you wish to discuss the current situation, your personal challenges, or anything else, we want to remind you that we are here to listen, support, and guide you.

Whilst we are coaches rather than professional counsellors, we are here to support you during our hours of operation. If you need additional help, we will guide you to other experts who can assist.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me (Teresha, Head of Mental Health & Well-being) at teresha.wellness@coach-accrediation.services, Dawn at dawn@coach-accrediation.services, or David at david@coach-accrediation.services, if you need support, want to connect, or simply need someone to talk to.

Stay safe, stay connected, and take care of your mental health and well-being.

Kindest regards,
Teresha Young, AMC
