Governance

What is Governance?

“Governance refers to the frameworks, processes, and systems that ensure an organisation, institution, or society is effectively managed, directed, and held accountable”.

What do we mean by Good Governance?

Good governance promotes transparency, accountability, equity, and responsiveness, which are crucial for maintaining trust and effectiveness in the IAPC&M’s operations. We have a dedicated team who ensure that we are practicing within ethical standards and  we share these standards through our code of Professional Standards and Ethics.

We have transparent processes, we communicate gold standard practices which align with our core values  and we expect the highest level of conduct within our team and with our members, through fair and detailed accreditation processes.

We foster a culture of integrity by consistent communication with our operations teams and our members. We welcome feedback and collaboration and strive to ensure that our offering is continuously improving and evolving.

We take our role, as the ONLY  Accreditation body for the coaching and mentoring industry that is approved by the British Industry Ombudsman, very seriously and we provide robust methods for dealing with conflict resolution.

By instilling these practices, the IAPC&M demonstrates its commitment to good governance, which in turn, promotes trust, accountability, and long-term success.
