Each session starts with a reading, quote or verse, followed by a guided mindfulness meditation session.

Join Aurora Dawn every Wednesday from 12 – 12:30 pm CET time on Zoom. There is no obligation to attend every session, although, obviously, the more you do, the more you’ll benefit.
