This program suits you if you:
- Are somewhat familiar with basic coaching skills, either from formal coaching learning, or from individual practice;
- Intend to expand your knowledge and skill set by taking the next step on your coaching journey through a formal (and accredited) coaching program;
- Are willing to commit to a six-month long learning program, consisting of blended learning activities (training, coaching practice, group coaching, individual coaching, mentor-coaching, self-study, portfolio).
Program structure: 66 direct Contact Hours + 30 estimated individual Coaching Practice hours.
Program schedule: over a period of 6 months, including an individual Coach Portfolio to be filled in by you during the program.
- 4 days of in-class, highly interactive, Coaching Training
- 2 days of in-class, group and individual, Coaching Practice activities supervised by a Mentor Coach.
- 18 hours of real-life Group Coaching Sessions, part of your Professional membership at the Pragmatic Coaching Club.
- 6 sessions of Individual Coaching for you, from a Mentor Coach, part of your Professional membership at the Pragmatic Coaching Club.
- 20 sessions of Individual Coaching to be done by you with colleagues from your company or with fellow Club members.
- 3 hours of Mentor Coaching, sharing with the group the lessons you have learned during the program in a Closing Session.
