About Me

Enabling people to become energised, fulfilled and thrive at work and/or home. My coaching is highly active; it starts with self-awareness and ends with clients being able to understand and obtain the right job fit and life balance.

Clients have come from six continents and all walks of life. They have included companies, charities, and faith-based organisations; leaders to volunteers; youth to retired. Both private clients and organisations consistently give excellent feedback.

"Prior to working with Jenny I knew I couldn’t carry on with my career the way it was but the problem was that I didn’t know how to change it. Jenny got me thinking about my priorities in life and made me think outside the box when exploring job options. When I found the job of my dreams she was brilliant in helping me prepare for my interview. I now have a job that I am really excited about and it suits both me and my family! Thank you, Jenny!"

Evening and weekend appointments are available, face to face or via Skype.

Additional Information

Your Strengths:
If you want a new direction or career change we find out your top 5 strengths using the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment. It is far easier to achieve and do well if you are starting from a position of strength. You will also enjoy your work much more. Once we know what your strengths are then we will look at different roles which suit them. In fact, Gallup has found that “people who do have the opportunity to focus on their strengths every day are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs and more than three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life in general.”

Values:
Are you feeling unsatisfied with life? This could be because what you care about has not been articulated or linked to what you are doing. Knowing your values equips you to take the right action. One client who was unhappy in all areas of his life discovered that he was in the right job role, just not in the right organisation or location… “I feel like a new person, the salary cut was definitely worth it”.

Career Coaching:
Recruiters require an answer to arguably just three questions. Can you do the job? Will you do the job? Are you the right fit?
Career coaching gives you to the opportunity to know your strengths, motivation and fit; decide what the next step is for you, and be able to communicate who you are and what you bring to employers.
