ILM and IAPC&M Accredited Practitioner Coach and ISTD Certified Business trainer besides holding a BA in HRM from NDU and a MSc in Management from USEK in addition to several certificates. I am a Learning and Development professional in Lebanon with more than 7 years of experience in materials development for soft and hard skills workshops. My strength lies in having strong communication skills and in being a very fast learner. I am so energetic, always positive, self-motivated and always aiming higher. "People development" is definitely my passion.
Business Soft and Hard Skills Trainer since 2012. Rima has trained people with various nationalities, educational backgrounds, careers and seniority levels on a large variety of topics. She handled the Learning and Development function for several companies in Lebanon where her major job was to take care of employees from on-boarding to induction to training to development.
