I am an accredited Life & Career Coach and certified Trainer, with a combined experience of 18 years in Human Resources, Coaching and Training working with over 25 different nationalities. During this time, I lived and worked in Paris, France for 7 years (2009-2016) where I set up my business as a Coach and Trainer. In 2016 I relocated back to Ireland where I continue to offer my services in the corporate and private coaching and training field.

* Course Facilitator at Mindstream. Delivering training on Coaching Certificate & Diploma courses accredited by the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring.
* Certified accredited practitioner of the Roche Martin ECR & ECR 360 (Emotional Capital Report). The Emotional Capital Report develops and accelerates Emotional Intelligence for leaders.
* Intercultural Trainer. Delivering expatriation & repatriation Cross Cultural Training Programs to senior business professionals & their spouses who are moving country for work related assignments.
* QQI Level 6, Train the Trainer Certification
