Code of Professional Conduct – Questionnaire – Answers

As an accrediting body, the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring (IAPC&M) needs to be assured that our members are practising safely, effectively and lawfully. We do this by setting out a Code of Professional Conduct identifying key standards of practise which form the benchmark of the conduct expected.

All members of the IAPC&M have an obligation to raise and maintain the standards of the profession of coaching and mentoring. The only way to ensure these high standards are met is to deliver the best outcomes for our clients, which means the highest possible levels of client satisfaction is achieved, which in turn upholds public trust and confidence in the industry.

To gain your practitioner level accreditation, you will need to evidence your understanding of the IAPC&M Professional Standards and demonstrate how you apply those standards in practice.
