She is author of Conflict Management Coaching: The CINERGY™ Model (2011), Conflict Mastery: Questions to Guide You (2014) and co-author – with Ed Modell and Diane Brennan – of the chapter entitled ‘Conflict Management’ in The Handbook of Knowledge-Based Coaching -Wildflower, L. and Brennan D.
