Hear Kayla Burch and Aurora Dawn Campbell, both IAPC&M AFC/AFMs, in a lively coaching conversation about why accreditation status matters for increased industry integrity.
Kayla is a sought after international speaker, author of two transformational books for high-level women, and creator of the Coaching Mastery Certificate IAPC&M Level 6 Advanced coach training, ideal for both prospective coaches who want to add coaching to their skill set, and coaches who want to take a deeper dive into what it takes to be a great coach.
Students will get a sense of who the real Kayla is, her philosophy, methodology and how that fun energy translates into what she does, and how she does it differently from other training providers, not least because she loves ‘filling the gaps’ and giving students a fully transformative experience with support.
